Instructions

  • Mixing the Taco Filling:
    In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, diced onions, sliced black olives, and taco seasoning. Stir until everything is well mixed.

  • Preparing the Pastry:
    Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a flat surface. Cut the sheets into rectangular strips of about 4-5 inches wide.

  • Assembly and Baking:
    Place a spoonful of taco filling in the center of each puff pastry strip. Fold over the pastry to seal in the filling. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
