Ingredients

1 teaspoon garlic powder

For the Dough:

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
For Finishing:

1/4 cup melted butter

Optional: Extra grated Parmesan and chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated, then shape the mixture into small, flat patties—about the size of the biscuit dough rounds.
2. Wrap in Dough
Flatten each biscuit dough round gently with your fingers. Place one patty in the center of each round. Pull the dough edges around the patty, pinching them tightly to seal, forming a smooth ball.
3. Prep for Baking
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the dough balls on the sheet with space between each.
4. Add Flavor & Bake
Brush each dough bomb generously with melted butter. Optionally, sprinkle with extra Parmesan and parsley. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve & Enjoy
Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce. Perfect for sharing—or not!
