  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 8 bombs 1x

Ingredients

Scale

For the Filling:

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Dough:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

For Finishing:

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • Optional: Extra grated Parmesan and chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated, then shape the mixture into small, flat patties—about the size of the biscuit dough rounds.

2. Wrap in Dough
Flatten each biscuit dough round gently with your fingers. Place one patty in the center of each round. Pull the dough edges around the patty, pinching them tightly to seal, forming a smooth ball.

3. Prep for Baking
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the dough balls on the sheet with space between each.

4. Add Flavor & Bake
Brush each dough bomb generously with melted butter. Optionally, sprinkle with extra Parmesan and parsley. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

5. Serve & Enjoy
Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce. Perfect for sharing—or not!

Notes

Notes:

  • Want extra gooeyness? Add a cube of cheddar or cream cheese inside each patty before sealing.

  • These bombs can be assembled a day ahead and baked fresh when needed.

  • Serve with a zesty salad or crispy side like Crispy Air Fryer Potato Slices for a complete meal.
